Quest currently has a full-time job opening for a Retail Project District Manager based out of New England. In this position, you will work closely with Quest management and be responsible for managing all aspects of our local remodel work, manage and train existing field teams and cultivate positive relationships with customer management within the assigned geographic area.

•High school diploma or GED
•Proficient with computer; ability to use handheld device, reading blue prints, spreadsheets, and web forms
•5-10 years of Retail Remodel/Project Management experience required
•5-10 years of management experience required, preferably managing multiple crews
•Will be required to travel – overnight stays as needed
•Hands on leader
•10% potential overnight work
•Monitors and ensures successful execution of Quest projects and remodels to scope
•Builds positive individual relationships with customers’ field management to promote quality assurance and support in the field.
•Works closely with our field teams to maximize their effectiveness by offering instruction and insight into processes to improve job performance.
• Participates in Project walks to ensure seamless oversight from project planning and layout through to project completion
•Completes projects within budgeted hours successfully.
•Will be responsible for daily internal and external administrative and project specific reporting
•Adheres to and enforces high levels of professionalism, work ethic, work quality, and integrity.
•Adheres to and enforces safety standards.
