Quest Service Group is a national retail services company that provides a broad range of in-store merchandising and installation services to leading retailers, product manufacturers, and fixture, display and graphics vendors. Our nationwide coverage, solid project management and best-in-class reporting systems enable us to help our clients drive their retail performance to the next level.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Recruiter to support our busy Human Resources Department. This position is a perfect fit for that detail-oriented individual who enjoys people interaction in the retail services/light industrial staffing area. The ideal candidate will need to have at least 3 years of recruitment experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct phone screenings, scheduling, phone interviews and in-person interviews
  • Manage administrative aspects of search strategies for each open position. This may include posting positions on websites, placing ads in newspapers, or contacting local employment offices
  • Source candidates from online job boards such as Indeed and ZipRecruiter
  • Provide a steady stream of highly qualified candidates to meet the organization’s evolving hiring needs
  • Work closely with our HR Recruitment Managers to develop recruiting strategies for open positions
  • Responsible for our ATS and database management
  • Schedule Temporary Employees
  • Maintain contact with Candidates and managing the new hire process
  • Employee Tracking – New Hires, Losses, Promotions etc.
  • Handle payroll inquiries
  • Assist other internal departments when necessary

Ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • At least 3 years experience as a recruiter
  • Previous experience in the staffing industry preferred
  • Retail/Light Industrial / Warehouse staffing experience
  • Experience with Temporary staffing and scheduling
  • National recruiting experience
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to Multitask
  • Must be a team player
  • Outside-the-box recruiting strategies
  • Excellent computer skills specifically in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and cloud based computing such as Google Drive
  • Experience with Kronos Workforce One and Workforce Ready a plus
  • SHRM and other certificates a plus
  • Flexible to ever-changing needs and hours
  • Willing to travel occasionally
  • Bachelors or work related experience
